Collaboration skills are important. Therefore, group learning needs to be held for hands-on experience that results in understanding and effective learning methods. This study aims to analyze the effect of project model differentiated learning on students' collaboration skills in grade V elementary school in science subjects. This type of research is a quasi-experiment with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The sampling technique used was the saturated sampling technique with 26 students. The research instruments used in the form of learning style questionnaires, observation sheets of the learning process in the classroom, and observation sheets to measure student collaboration skills consist of initial and final observation sheets. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis technique and inferential analysis technique with Paired Sample t Test. Before the hypothesis test, the prerequisite test includes the normality test and homogeneity test. The average collaboration skills of grade V students before being given treatment using the differentiated learning project model were none in the Very High category, 9.99% in the High category, 70.76% in the Medium category, and 19.76% in the Low category. After being given treatment using a differentiated learning project model, there were 9.23% in the Very High category, 59.23% in the High category, 31.54% in the Moderate category, and none in the Low category. Furthermore, data processing is carried out with t-value ≥ critical t-value (39.034 > 2.05954), which indicates that there is a positive effect of the differentiated learning project model on student collaboration skills in grade V elementary school.

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pahunga Lodu through the application of a jigsaw cooperative learning model assisted by learning videos. This type of research is classified as Classroom Action Research (PTK) which is carried out in two cycles, which consists of four stages, namely: 1) planning; 2) implementation; 3) observation; and 4) the reflection stage. The subjects of this study were 38 students in class XI at SMA Negeri 1 Pahunga Lodu for the academic year 2022/2023, consisting of 14 male students and 24 female students. The data obtained in this study were in the form of student learning outcomes taken from the application of the jigsaw type cooperative learning model assisted by learning videos. The instruments used are: 1) interviews; 2) test; and 3) run. The results of the research and data analysis in cycle I and cycle II revealed that there was an increase in the learning outcomes of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Pahunga Lodu for the 2022/2023 academic year. This is indicated by an increase in the proportion of student learning outcomes in biology lessons on human coordination system material. The research results obtained the proportion of student learning outcomes in cycle I was 73%, and cycle II was 92%. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the jigsaw cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class XI students of SMA Negeri 1 Pahunga Lodu.

Education has a role to teach knowledge and morals so that students are not only intelligent but also have noble character. Juvenile delinquency happens until now shows that there are moral values that haven't been internalized. Therefore, Christian education answers this by stating that the goal of Christian education is to bring students to spiritual growth, in which moral and biblical values are components of spiritual growth that must be showed in real action. Christian education will relate to the learning community in the classroom and how to find a learning community that can bring spirituality is something that will grow through this paper. With a literature review, it found that study in a learning community must be carried out simultaneously with discipleship. Discipleship is a process of learning knowledge then planting the value of Bible truth. Spiritual growth is characterized by awareness and desire to serve as salt and or make a good impact on the environment . Through anthropological studies, it was also found that humans were created to live together. Teachers have a role to lead students in the classroom, and students also play a role. Therefore, teachers and students need to work together to achieve this spiritual growth through learning in a learning community.
