Kontribusi Panjang Tungkai Kekuatan Otot Tungkai Dan Lari Sprint Terhadap Lompat Jauh Gaya Jongkok

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan kontribusi antara panjang tungkai, Kekuatan otot tungkai dan Lari sprint terhadap lompat jauh gaya jongkok siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptip kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Populasi yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh putra Kelas X SMKN 12 Pandeglang sebanyak 90 siswa. Jumlah sampel di ambil secara  dengan sampel sebanyak 40 siswa.
