Konut Fiyatının Belirleyicilerinin Hedonik Fiyat Modeliyle Analizi: TR71 Bölgesi Örneği

Abstract: Bu araştırmanın amacı 2021 yılı Ocak dönemi için Aksaray, Kırıkkale, Kırşehir, Nevşehir ve Niğde illerinin içerisinde yer aldığı TR71 Bölgesinde konut fiyatlarını belirleyen faktörleri en küçük kareler yöntemi ile analiz etmektir. Konut fiyatlarının belirleyicilerinin incelenmesine yönelik kurulan hedonik fiyat modeli yarı logaritmik form üzerine inşa edilmiştir.
