This study was motivated by the decline in student learning outcomes in the odd semester of the 2022/2023 school year which was caused by students paying less attention to the explanation and material from the teacher during the learning process. Such as not doing assignments on time, often chatting alone when the teacher explains, lack of interest in learning, and there are some children who have low learning outcomes. Therefore, it is necessary to instill discipline in learning since childhood, because it will help children control themselves in the formation of self-awareness in learning without an element of compulsion. This study aims to determine the relationship between learning discipline and students' interest in learning. The research method used is a quantitative method with a correlational approach that uses ex post facto research. The sample in the study was class III students with a total of 14 people, whose sampling used the saturated sample method because all students in class III were sampled in the study. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation techniques. The results showed that: 1) There is a significant relationship between learning discipline and student learning outcomes with a Thitung value of 8.131. 2) There is a significant relationship between learning discipline and student learning outcomes with a Thitung of 3.459. 3). There is a significant relationship simultaneously between learning discipline and learning interest on student learning outcomes with a T-count of 6.698.

This study aims to test the effectiveness of group counseling with modeling techniques in improving 11th grade students' learning discipline and self-control in SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. This experimental study involved fourteen students recruited using the purposive sampling technique. The data collection used is a scale of learning discipline and self-control. The data analysis technique used in this study was non-parametric statistics with the Man Withney (U) test and the Wilcoxon test using the SPSS 20.0 for windows. The results of the Wilcoxon test showed that: (1) the modeling technique was effective in increasing the learning discipline of class XI students (sign = 0.018<0.05) and (2) the modeling technique was effective in increasing self-control in class XI students (sign = 0.018<0, 05) The results of the Wilcoxon test show that the modeling technique group counseling service is effective in improving learning discipline and self-control in class XI students of SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The results of the Mann Whitney test showed that: (1) the modeling technique was effective in increasing the learning discipline of class XI students (sign = 0.002 <0.05) and ( 2) the modeling technique was effective in increasing selfcontrol in class XI students (sign = 0.002 <0 ,05) The results of the Mann Whitney test show that the modeling technique group counseling service is effective for improving learning discipline and self-control for class XI students at SMA Muhammadiyah 3 Yogyakarta. The results of this study can be used as a recommendation for BK teachers as an alternative to providing counseling services for students related to learning discipline and self-control, so that students have good learning discipline and self-control.

Tujuan Pendidikan dan pelatihan kepemimpinan (diklatpim) III Pemerintah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat Tahun 2019 adalah meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan pejabat struktural eselon III yang akan berperan dan melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi kepemerintahan di instansinya masing masing. Keberhasilannya tergantung pada dua faktor, yakni: Pertama, Peserta diklat, yang tergambar dari capaian prestasi dalam evaluasi diklatpim III. Kedua, BPSDMD Nusa Tenggara Barat, yang tergambar dari tata kelola diklat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh dua faktor tersebut dengan menggunakan variabel tata kelola diklat, motivasi, disiplin, dan prestasi peserta. Populasi penelitian meliputi semua peserta diklat berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan aplikasi IBM SPSS Statistics. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa prestasi peserta diklat dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh tata kelola diklat, motivasi, dan disiplin peserta secara parsial, maupun secara simultan. Dengan demikian, naik turunnya variabel tata kelola diklat, motivasi dan disiplin peserta akan mempengaruhi tingkat prestasi peserta diklat. Temuan lainnya adalah Widyaiswara sebagai faktor paling esensial dalam tata kelola diklat harus selalu meningkatkan kompetensinya, baik secara mandiri maupun memperoleh fasilitasi dari organisasi BPSDM Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat. Di masa depan peserta diklat perlu dibebastugaskan dari beban tugas administratif perkantoran sehingga dapat mencurahkan alokasi waktunya hanya untuk pendidikan dan pelatihan.
