Abstract: Durch Hochleistungslaser getriebene Protonenquellen stellen eine interessante Ergänzung zu konventionellen Protonenbeschleunigern dar, insbesondere für die radiobiologische Forschung. Unserem interdisziplinären Forschungsteam ist es erstmals gelungen, eine radiobiologische Kleintierstudie mit laserbeschleunigten Protonen durchzuführen.
