Kualitas Fisik dan Protein Telur Ayam Ras dengan Pemberian Virgini Coconut Oil dan Minyak Zaitun serta Lama Penyimpanan yang Berbeda

Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah jenis minyak dan lama penyimpanan dapat mempengaruhi kualitas fisik dan protein telur ayam ras serta ada tidaknya interaksi pada kedua faktor tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan 36 butir telur ayam ras Lohmann brown.
