Abstract: This study aims to develop a Home Blenderized Diabetes Mellitus formula with tomato and milk based ingredients. The formula was analyzed based on organoleptic parameters, nutritional content (carbohydrate, protein, fat, vitamin A, vitamin C, and cholesterol), and density of energy.
