Kyste hydatique du foie compliqué d’un accident vasculaire cérébral ischémique: à propos d’un cas

Abstract: Le kyste hydatique du foie (KHF) est une maladie assez répandue dans les pays nord-africains. La rupture post-traumatique ou spontanée du kyste compliquée d'un choc anaphylactique et d'un AVC ischémique a été exceptionnellement rapportée. Nous rapportons un cas d'un kyste hydatique du foie (KHF) fissuré et compliqué d'un choc anaphylactique et d'un AVC ischémique.
