Abstract:Regular exercise is associated to several health benefits. However, only 39% of adults with type 2 diabetes reach the recommended goals for physical activity. Adherence to exercise needs removing barriers to behavioural changes by setting realistic goals. To make the chan¬ge lasting, group is fundamental and automatic behaviours must be created.
