Abstract: Notre civilisation s’est forgée autour de la Méditerranée. Cette dernière est aujourd’hui au carrefour de tous les intérêts. Pour l’Union européenne, la question méditerranéenne constitue un défi intérieur avant d’être un enjeu de politique étrangère.
