Abstract:We explore the Dielectronic Recombination structures at the Electron Beam Ion Trap at Jagiellonian University in Cracow, emited by cerium that is produced by the high-current cathode made of iridium and cerium. Small amounts of these elements evaporate from the cathode and form low-intensity admixtures within the electron-ion plasma in the EBIT.
