Because they are essential tools the oral and written vocabulary are used in various fields of knowledge. From linguistics, grammar is the governing set for your best understanding and good use. In the field of mental disorders persists a conceptual-lexicological divorce that hinders communication between health personnel, and between them, patients and their families, the media and society in general, which hinders the understanding of preventive-healing-rehabilitative procedures. The misuse of language in clinical work should not be seen only as a philological whim, but because of the effectiveness, precision and usefulness of words for health. See the preparation of notes in the files, where the calligraphy, grammar, work organization, clarity and clinical knowledge are noted. The speech reflects the mental activity of the subscriber. The current need for an adequate approach to mental health problems and the maintenance of health calls on all organizations and institutions in the country to achieve a unifying, understandable and practical code, for which concepts and words need to be clarified, while demystifying what is required, in order to reorient community goodwill and effectively manage this serious and growing pathology. E.g. 1) Self-registration and unrestricted consumption of psychotropics, within the framework of a consumerist society that tends to worsen; 2) the elimination of self-diagnosis in order to promote, the clear conceptual understanding that enables healing activity; 3) generalization and simplification around addictive and mental disorders (myths) that enrage the environment and hinder work. The professionalization of staff, a fundamental piece of this task, added to Mental Health Education activities, could most successfully address the combat of this serious condition in which ethics are essential and the humanist vision becomes essential.
