La sustentabilidad del sistema de producción de totopos en Tehuantepec, Oaxaca, México

Abstract: Objetivo: analizar la sustentabilidad del sistema de producción de totopos (SPT) en un grupo de mujeres en Tehuantepec, en la región del Istmo de Oaxaca, México. Metodología: a través de un muestreo convencional, se aplicaron 60 encuestas para captar información sociodemográfica y características del SPT.
