Label-free isolation of prostate circulating tumor cells using Vortex microfluidic technology

Abstract: There has been increased interest in utilizing non-invasive “liquid biopsies” to identify biomarkers for cancer prognosis and monitoring, and to isolate genetic material that can predict response to targeted therapies.
