Labeling of Highly Reactive Tetrazines using [18F]SuFEx

Abstract: Pretargeted imaging is an emerging technique to study the in vivo biodistribution of nanomedicines. Currently, the tetrazine ligation is considered the most promising bioorthogonal reaction for pretargeting.
