Abstract:Dolomite, a sedimentary carbonate rock primarily composed of calcium magnesium carbonate, and GGBS (Ground Granulated Blast Furnace Slag), a by-product of iron production, are explored as potential enhancements for soil composition in geotechnical engineering. This study aims to effectively reuse these materials by partially replacing loose sand in foundation beds for substructures.
