Laccase encapsulation in chitosan nanoparticles enhances the protein stability against microbial degradation

Abstract: A novel concept with the result of enzyme stabilization against microbial degradation in real bioremediation processes was developed through the encapsulation of laccase in chitosan nanoparticles.
