Lachesis mutus and Calendula officinalis Q in Diabetic Foot Ulcer Treatment–Two Case Reports

Abstract: Diabetic foot ulcers and its complications are to be dealt cautiously in general medical practice. Most cases of diabetes mellitus have multiple comorbidities which add more difficulty in ulcer management. The chances of complete wound healing are low even after amputation, which may be required in >15% of patients with diabetic ulcer.
