Lack of Adverse Events after Medialization Laryngoplasty with the Montgomery Thyroplasty Implant in Patients with Unilateral Laryngeal Nerve Paralysis

Abstract: Our data demonstrate that medialization laryngoplasty with Montgomery implant insertion in patients with unilateral laryngeal nerve paralysis from various causes is a relatively safe, reliable, and reproducible procedure with a short learning curve.
