Lack of interferon response in animals to naked siRNAs

Abstract: Supplementary Figure 1 RNase digestion of poly(I:C) and siRNA. RNase degradation of poly(I:C). 1 µg poly(I:C) was incubated with RNase (at indicated concentrations from 0-50 µg/mL) at 37 o C for 30 min, then electrophoresed on a 1% (wt/vol) agarose gel.
