Abstract:Objectives: This study aims to investigate whether the protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 22 (PTPN22) C1858T gene polymorphism plays a role in the pathogenesis of familial Mediterranean fever (FMF) through T-lymphocyte activation.
