Lacrimal Gland Prolapse: Case Report

Abstract: Lacrimal gland prolapse is an important diagnosis to consider in patients with lateral upper eyelid fullness. Prolapse of the lacrimal gland is the descent of the lacrimal gland into the upper eyelid. It can result in blepharoptosis and a bulging “frog-eyed” appearance.
