Lactoferrin—The Health-Promoting Properties and Contemporary Application with Genetic Aspects

Abstract: The aim of the study is to present a review of literature data on lactoferrin’s characteristics, applications, and multiple health-promoting properties, with special regard to nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics.
