Laïcité à l’école : évolution du concept dans une approche historique et juridique

Abstract: Cet article s’applique à reconstituer les processus socio-politiques qui président à la définition de la laïcité en milieu scolaire. Pour ce faire, nous avons mené une étude de type historique en nous appuyant sur des éléments juridique, politique et sociaux, qui tentent de montrer les tensions en jeu et l’évolution des modèles éducatifs s’y rattachant.
