Abstract: LETTER TO THE EDITORDear Editor, With the advancements in pharmacogenetics, potential genetic associations with severe cutaneous adverse drug reactions (SCAR)-which include Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) and toxic epidermal necrolysis (TEN)-have been proposed.
