Abstrak: Petugas lembaga pemasyarakatan yang bertugas mengelola pembinaan kemandirian dalam model lapas industri, secara umum memiliki keterbatasan kompetensi. Lapas industri yang berjalan pada akhirnya tidak optimal dalam memberikan bekal keterampilan dan kemandirian kepada narapidana di luar lapas. Pendampingan kegiatan pengabdian dimaksudkan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran implementasi pembinaan keterampilan dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengendalian, pengawasan, pemasaran, pengelolaan hasil produksi, dan penerimaan pendapatan negara. Pendampingan dilakukan melalui coaching dan mentoring kepada 40 peserta dengan menyusun rencana aksi dalam implementasi selama 6 bulan. Evaluasi keberhasilan dilakukan melalui keterlaksanaan rencana aksi dan berlangsungnya kemitraan dalam kegiatan pendampingan. Rangkaian kegiatan dilakukan melalui tahapan asesmen kesiapan organisasi, asesmen risiko dan kebutuhan narapidana, asesmen kebutuhan pembinaan, sampai pada latihan kerja dan kegiatan produksi. Sebanyak 40 peserta atau 100 persen berhasil membangun hubungan kemitraan lapas industri sehingga terbangun peningkatan kinerja pembinaan narapidana.Abstract: Correctional institution officers who are tasked with managing the development of independence in the industrial prison model generally have limited competence. In the end, industrial prisons that are running are not optimal in providing skills and independence to prisoners outside prison. Assistance for service activities is intended to increase awareness of the implementation of skills development from the planning, implementation, control, supervision, marketing, production management and state revenue stages. Assistance was provided through coaching and mentoring to 40 participants by preparing action plans for implementation for 6 months. Evaluation of success is carried out through the implementation of action plans and ongoing partnerships in mentoring activities. The series of activities are carried out through the stages of assessing organizational readiness, assessing risks and needs of inmates, assessing development needs, up to job training nad production activities. A total of 40 participants or 100 percent succeeded in building industrial prison partnership relationships so that the performance of inmate development was increased.
