Abstract: Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) is a myeloid neoplastic disorder characterized by lesions with CD1a‐positive/Langerin (CD207)‐positive histiocytes and inflammatory infiltrate that can cause local tissue damage and systemic inflammation.
