O transtorno de estresse pós-traumático é uma das principais consequências em pessoas vítimas de abuso sexual na infância, e seus sintomas envolvem diversas implicações cognitivo-comportamentais para esses indivíduos. Estudos indicam que tais sintomas são expressão de alterações morfológicas e fisiológicas na estrutura cerebral das vítimas, em comparação com pessoas que não passaram por esse trauma. A presente revisão de escopo visa responder quais são essas alterações mais estudadas na literatura atual. Método: Realizou-se uma revisão de escopo que se procedeu pela busca nas bases de dados Periódicos Capes e PubMed. Foram selecionados 7 textos que respondiam à pergunta norteadora e que serviram como base para essa revisão. Os critérios de seleção foram: artigos datados de 2016 a 2021, supressão dos artigos duplicados e dos que não abordavam a relação entre transtorno do estresse pós-traumático, abuso sexual na infância e as consequências neurológicas associadas. Resultados: 7 publicações foram incluídas em nosso estudo. De acordo com os resultados, indivíduos que sofreram abuso na infância, inclusive o sexual, apresentaram alguma alteração nas regiões do cérebro, como mudança de volume, de conectividade funcional e de composição bioquímica. Conclusão: Alterações significativas em estruturas e componentes químicos cerebrais podem ser identificadas nos indivíduos diagnosticados com TEPT cuja causa do trauma tenha sido abuso sexual na infância.

Results are consistent with the literature that while maternal IPV-PTSD severity is not associated with child language delays, the quality of maternal interactive behavior is associated both with child language development and with maternal IPV-PTSD severity. Further study is needed to understand if the level of child language development contributes to intergenerational risk or resilience for relational violence and/or victimization.

Housekeeping is the smallest community of a society. Household a happy, safe, and secure into everyone's dream. Wholeness and harmony of a household can be impaired if the attitude, behavior, and self-control can not be controlled. Ultimately can occur domestic violence causing insecurity or injustice against people who are within the scope of the household. From the result of the violence, the victim should be restored to rise physical and psychological conditions. Inhibiting factors is a recovery of victims of domestic violence is that most of the victims do not want to restore condition, efforts to resolve it provides socialization, convincing victims of domestic violence to want to restore, to supervise the victims have been recovered. Supporting factors is the facility is being used in the recovery process is adequate, the victim does not charge at all during the recovery process. In conclusion, the service process and the recovery of victims of domestic violence conducted by the relevant institutions have been equally effective and in accordance with the legislation in force. Saran, We suggest to set up a special team to handle the implementation of the recovery of victims of domestic violence.
