Abstract:Background
Laparoscopic-assisted (LTAP) and ultrasound-guided (UTAP) transversus abdominis plane (TAP) blocks are widely used for postoperative analgesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC), yet their comparative effectiveness remains unclear.
