Laparoscopic Choledochoduodenostomy for Biliary Alleviation

Abstract: Choledochoduodenostomy (CDD) was very useful alternatives for treatment for patients with common bile duct (CBD) stones, especially recurrent stones, giant stones with choledochal dilatation, and difficult or failed cases by endoscopic treatment.
