Laparoscopic Heller myotomy with Dor fundoplication for esophageal achalasia treatment after distal gastrectomy and Billroth‐II reconstruction

Abstract: Laparoscopic Heller myotomy with Dor fundoplication is the standard surgical treatment for esophageal achalasia. However, there are few reports on the use of this method after gastric surgery.
