Laparoscopic heminephrectomy in horseshoe kidneys: A single center experience

Abstract: Introduction:Laparoscopic approach in horseshoe kidney (HSK) is a challenge because of the aberrant vessels, the renal isthmus and the renal ectopia are all unique features of this anomaly encountered during the surgery.
