Laparoscopic hernioplasty in Mexico: results of a national survey

Abstract: Background: Inguinal hernia repair is one of the most commonly performed procedures worldwide but in most countries, including Mexico, the laparoscopic approach has developed at a slower pace than other surgical techniques.
