Laparoscopic management of symptomatic achalasia associated with epiphrenic diverticulum

Abstract: Laparoscopic esophageal diverticulectomy, Heller myotomy, and partial fundoplication with intraoperative endoscopy safely reduce dysphagia associated with achalasia and esophageal diverticula while limiting symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux.
