Abstract:Complete vaginal agenesis is an extremely uncommon mullerian abnormality. In this case report, we described a case of a female patient, age 14, a known case of complete vaginal agenesis presented with severe cyclical dysmenorrhea. MRI suggested no vagina with a normal uterus and cervix with hematometra. She underwent laparoscopic vaginoplasty with cervico-neovaginal anastomosis.
