Abstract:Background: This case report describes a rare and unfortunate incident involving a 14-month-old child who was exposed to mercury. The purpose of this case report is to share the unique and typical image findings of residual mercury in a foreign body, which can aid clinicians in identifying similar cases and providing effective treatment.
