Abstract:In this study, hydrogenated titanium dioxide (TiO 2 :H) thin films of thicknesses between 33 and 300 nm were grown via the reactive radiofrequency magnetron sputter deposition technique. These thin films were characterized with respect to electrical resistivity, Seebeck coefficient, and optical absorption coefficient. However, heating to temperatures above 430 K results in irreversible property changes of the thin films. The characteristics of these changes depended on the atmosphere, in which the samples were… Show more

scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
