Laryngotracheal Trauma: Up-to-date Report of Two Cases of a Challenging Problem

Abstract: Background: Laryngotracheal trauma is still a challenging problem to the emergency surgeon. Prompt diagnosis and correct classification are mandatory in order to plan the treatment. Methods: Two particular cases of an upper airway trauma are presented. Case 1 refers to a 53-year-old woman with a blunt fracture of the thyroid cartilage.
