Abstract: This paper aims to analyze Language and Mathematics performance improvement when Interactive Groups are held at school. This study was developed applying a communicative methodology and gathered information through interviews, focus groups and data analysis. It provides evidence on how interactions with volunteers involved in the classroom foster the students´ educational success in the schools studied.
