Las Proyecto Fonts del Montseny (“Fuentes del Montseny”): Memoria de un rico patrimonio material e inmaterial en Cataluña (España)

Abstract: El objetivo es mostrar las fuentes del Montseny como protagonista de usos históricos, prácticos y culturales, origen de leyendas y mitos, su utilización como recurso económico para la industria embotelladora, y el legado natural del agua, todo ello a modo catálogo sobre las fuentes existentes en dicho territorio. La investigación metodológica lleva a cabo un estudio pormenorizado de las fuentes existentes, desde un punto de vista teórico y práctico.
