Abstract:ObjectivePeriventricular Nodular Heterotopia (PVNH) is the most common neuronal heterotopia, frequently resulting in pharmaco-resistant epilepsy. PVNH has a deep location which renders localization of seizure onsets and traditional surgical therapy challenging and of limited success.
