Abstract: Background: Total body irradiation (TBI) is a pivotal part of conditioning prior to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) for childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), yet evidence regarding the effect of TBI delivery techniques on acute and late toxicities is sparse.
