Late-presenting Posterior Transdiaphragmatic (Bochdalek) Hernia in Adults

Abstract: Incidentally observed posterior transdiaphragmatic hernias are a common finding on multidetector-row computed tomography, occurring in up to 20% of persons by age 70 years.
