Abstract:Aim. To report a case of 40-year-old male with progressive bilateral keratoconus who had undergone transepithelial phototherapeutic keratectomy (TE-PTK) and corneal collagen cross-linking (CXL) using hypoosmolar riboflavin solution in a same day procedure.
