Late Toxicity of Radiotherapy: A Problem or a Challenge for the Radiation Oncologist?

Abstract: Background: Large randomized clinical trials have established radiotherapy in conjunction with adjuvant systemic treatment as standard treatment in breast cancer after both mastectomy and lumpectomy.
