Latency Efficient Request Access Rate for Congestion Reduction in LTE MTC

Abstract: Abstract-The development of Machine-Type Communication (MTC) in the Long Term Evolution (LTE) standard can lead to an overuse of the Physical Random Access Channel (PRACH).
