Abstract:Lateral medullary syndrome is a common presentation of posterior circulation ischemia that presents with ipsilateral Horner syndrome, ipsilateral facial numbness, contralateral body numbness, vestibular symptoms, ataxia, dysphagia, and dysarthria.
