Abstract:Parkinson's disease (PD) is a neurodegenerative disorder marked by progressive motor dysfunction. Dopaminergic neurons in the substantia nigra are likely the main cause of PD onset. The Hippo signaling pathway regulates organ size and tumor suppression.
