Abstract: Objectives Determine if law enforcement officers develop subclinical atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease (ASCVD) earlier than non-officers and if so, the extent to which conventional risk factors explain this difference. Methods Estimated pulse wave velocity (ePWV) was the marker of subclinical ASCVD.
