Abstract:In order to create green nanocoatings with high fire resistance, titanium dioxide (TiO 2 ), montmorillonite (MMT), and poly(acrylic acid) (PAA) are used as the flame-retardant (FR) system that is prepared by the layer-by-layer self-assembly technique.
